Journey:

With your journey we are there personally from 16 - 20 o'clock for you. Should you arrive beyond these times, receive your key about our key box. Get in contact please on time with us. Tel. +49 (0) 8407/373

Departure:

On the departure day the rooms are to be removed till 11 o'clock.

Payment:

The payment of the overnight stay is to be paid on the departure day. With the guests whose stay crosses 7 days is every Friday the calculation to figures.

Cancellation:

A cancellation or change of your reservation is free up to 2 days before the journey date. Later cancellations or changes are charged with 80% of the price of all booked overnight stays. Non-journeys are calculated with the total of the booked stay. With groups are valid separate conditions.
